Free Trial Directory Listing Agreement
PROVIDING YOUR LISTING INFORMATION TO US SIGNIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL TERMS OF THIS LISTING AGREEMENT:
DOCTORS/MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS: You confirm to MyPracticeOnline.com and its affiliates that you are a licensed medical practitioner and are in good standing in all areas in which you practice. You confirm that your listing information is accurate.
FREE TRIAL PERIOD: Your free trial membership is for a 60 day period. During this period, there are no contracts or payment obligations. At the end of the 60 day trial period, you will have the opportunity to renew your membership for a fee on an annual basis to be determined at the end of the trial period.
CALL TRACKING & CALL RECORDING: During your free 60 day trial period, you agree to our call tracking and call recording marketing services. We provide a unique phone number to your profile on the directory. This phone number allows you to track all patient leads generated from the CosmeticDermatology.net directory. We also provide call recording service, which automatically records each phone call and archives the call in your account.
LISTING, PRIORITY AND LIMITS: Provider listings are by city. We reserve the right to limit or expand the number of listings we carry in any locale, and to revise the order in which listings appear. We also reserve the right to limit the number of listings for any doctor/medical practice.
YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR CONTENT: You have no responsibility for any of the content on CosmeticDermatology.net apart from your own listing information. The content on CosmeticDermatology.net is only for information purposes only and we do not guarantee the accuracy about the information listed on the website.
